We want to announce our 2024 Officers & Leaders Conference on July 25-26, 2024, at the Embassy Suites by Hilton - Red Wolf Convention Center in Jonesboro, Arkansas. This year’s theme is “Breaking New Barriers.” We are excited for you to join us and other county leaders for summer commodity division meetings, workshops, fellowship, and leadership development while we navigate the future of Farm Bureau together. Registration will begin at 10 a.m., Thursday, July 25, at the Red Wolf Convention Center with a 12 p.m. lunch to get the conference off to a start.

Highlights of the 2024 Officers & Leaders conference include:

• Farm Bureau perspective from Arkansas Farm Bureau President Dan Wright
• The winners of the Young Farmers and Ranchers Achievement and Excellence in Ag Awards
• Thursday afternoon and Friday morning will feature workshops and Summer Commodity Division Meetings

Dr. Cliff E. Jones is the deputy director of the Arkansas State University Delta Center for Economic Development. The Delta Center coordinates the economic development outreach services of Arkansas State by providing technical assistance, leadership development, applied research and guidance for businesses, governments and citizens of Arkansas.

Dr. Jones earned a Ph.D. in educational administration from the University of Texas at Austin and a master’s degree in public administration from the University of Arkansas. He has served in numerous administrative roles in higher education, with a focus at A-State on leadership development and training across the mid-south region. He’s provided leadership training and development for organizations across the spectrum of manufacturing, public utilities, non-governmental organizations and others.
