For the first time, the ArFB Convention is showcasing local food and goods in a dedicated area of the trade show, the Farmers Market . Arkansas farmers, ranchers, and producers are invited to sell their products in this new exhibit area. Booth space is free to local Arkansas vendors thanks to the Arkansas Department of Agriculture’s sponsorship. Space is limited.

Application

Thank you for your interest in the Arkansas Grown & Made Farmers Market booth space at the Arkansas Farm Bureau Convention Tradeshow located at the Little Rock Convention Center. Please complete and submit this application by September 1, 2023, to be considered for a sponsored table provided by the Arkansas Department of Agriculture. Applications will be reviewed by an independent committee based on:

1. Locally grown or made product within the state of Arkansas
2. Have to be present November 29-30 in State House Convention Center
3. Require Tax ID number
4. The Market will allow the following types of vendors:
   • Farmers and/or Produce Brokers
   • Locally prepared food products
   • Handcrafted Specialties (Leather, Wood, Metal, Glass, Pottery)
   • Art
   • Jewelry
   • Personal Care
   • Commercial items (limited space available)
5. All vendors are required to post signage stating what products/produce they are selling with price points
6. Locally Prepared Food Products. Any vendor bringing homemade food items to sell at the Market must follow the requirements set forth by the Arkansas Health Department Homemade Food Guide (Replaced Cottage Food Laws document)
7. Producers of meat products are welcome at the Market and are required to follow all local, state and national guidelines. All frozen meat products must be kept frozen; all refrigerated meat products must be kept refrigerated according to the State Health Department regulations.

The above are some requirements for application process.  We would like to make note that there will be a guideline book sent to all vendors once selected.

Approved participants will be notified by email from Arkansas Farm Bureau by September 15, 2023.

This opportunity includes one skirted table with electricity and two chairs at no cost to participants. Gift bags for customers will be provided.
