We want to announce our 2023 Officers & Leaders Conference on July 20-21, 2023, at the Hot Springs Convention Center. This year’s theme is “Navigating the Future.” We are excited for you to join us and other county leaders for summer commodity division meetings, workshops, fellowship, and leadership development while we navigate the future of Farm Bureau together. Registration will begin at 10a.m., Thursday, July 20, at the Hot Springs Convention Center with a 1 p.m. general session to get the conference off to a start.

Highlights of the 2023 Officers & Leaders conference include:

• Farm Bureau perspective from Arkansas Farm Bureau President Rich Hillman
• The winners of the Young Farmers and Ranchers Achievement and Excellence in Ag Awards
• Thursday afternoon and Friday morning will feature workshops and Summer Commodity Division Meetings
• A keynote address by Coach Steve Roberts
• Thursday Night will feature the first ever Foundation BBQ tickets will be $40.

Coach Steve Roberts

Steve Roberts built a successful career as a college football coach and leader in high school athletics over the past three decade. Roberts coached at Arkansas State University for nine seasons, with multiple seasons over .500 with a conference championship, a bowl game appearance, the most D1 wins in school history and a Sun Belt Coach of the Year all on the list of achievements during his tenure. He also had successful stints at Southern Arkansas University and Northwestern State University early in his career. Following his coaching career, Roberts served as athletic director for Cabot Public Schools before joining the Arkansas Activities Association in 2017, where he currently serves as associate executive director. Roberts has spoken to Arkansas Farm Bureau Insurance groups on previous occasions, leveraging his experience in coaching to motivate audiences and inspire leaders and we're happy to have him at this year's Officers & Leaders Conference.
