Dr. Cliff E. Jones

Dr. Cliff E. Jones is the deputy director of the Arkansas State University Delta Center for Economic Development. The Delta Center coordinates the economic development outreach services of Arkansas State by providing technical assistance, leadership development, applied research and guidance for businesses, governments and citizens of Arkansas.

 

Dr. Jones earned a Ph.D. in educational administration from the University of Texas at Austin and a master’s degree in public administration from the University of Arkansas. He has served in numerous administrative roles in higher education, with a focus at A-State on leadership development and training across the mid-south region. He’s provided leadership training and development for organizations across the spectrum of manufacturing, public utilities, non-governmental organizations and others.
