WHY ATTEND?
The conference will begin at 9:30 a.m., Thursday, with a visit to the Arkansas State Capitol followed up with Lunch. Next we will head to the Little Rock Marriott for a networking session. Bring your ideas and activities that are working in your county and share with others and hear what committees from across the state are doing. Dinner Thursday will be at the Little Rock Marriott along with Bingo as entertainmet. Friday's agenda will include rotating workshops and a county planning workshop. The conference will wrap-up with a luncheon keynote on from Cassidy Johnston, rancher and cowgirl from Colorado. A tentative conference agenda is below.

I grew up in the Denver metro area (population 3 million), and was pretty sure I was going to be a professional snowboarder (ha), a fashion designer (less ha but still ha) or an environmental lawyer when I grew up. Spoiler (but no surprise): I did not end up doing any of those things. What I did end up doing is falling in love with ranching, marrying a cowboy, and never looking back. Along the way, in between raising baby boys and cows and keeping the wheels on, I’ve discovered a passion for connecting to people outside of the cattle industry that I call home.
